On weekdays, visit the Peace Light Memorial early and at 9 am you just might get lucky and get a shot of the Gettysburg 107, a GP10, Built in 1955 for PA RR. as it delivers commodities such as canned goods along a 25-mile track from Gettysburg through Biglerville, Aspers, and Gardners to Mount Holly Springs.

Visit The Gettysburg Lincoln Railroad Station which operated from 1858 to 1942 and served as a hospital during the Battle of Gettysburg, a transportation depot for both incoming resources and supplies as well as outgoing wounded after the battle, and the place where President Lincoln arrived in Gettysburg on his journey to deliver the Gettysburg Address in 1863. The station is FREE and open to the public.
